James Mensah holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Greenwich University, London and a Master of Engineering from City University, London. He specialises in civil engineering structures with over 10 years’ experience in design, modelling, structural monitoring and analysis of building structures; design of shallow and deep foundation system and construction of civil engineering structures with organisations such as Cross Rail Project, London, Laing O’Rourke, London. He is currently supervising the technical development of River Park Estate in Abuja, Nigeria.
Richard Adzoyi

Richard graduated with BSc (Hons) Building Technology from KNUST and have a certificate in Oil and Gas Production from SIMA Ghana. He has more than seven years’ experience in the Quantity Surveying practice. He has worked with Malson Construction Company Ltd building several warehouses for Millennium Development Authority (MIDA) Until joining Mobus Properties, he was the lead Quantity Surveyor for Magna Terris Ltd ( Land and Real Estate developers) where over three hundred houses has been built in Accra. Timely delivery of projects and making sure that completed projects fall within the estimated cost are his priorities.
Tiemaah Binfoh Dougan
Construction Manager
Tiemaah Binfoh Dougan (A.G.I.A, MArch) is a Chartered Architect and an Associate of the Ghana institute of Architects. She has a Masters in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and technology, and Diplomas in Interior Design, Commercial Interior Design, Home Staging and Property Styling from The Interior Design Institute, UK. She comes highly recommended and is experienced in Pre and Post-Contract Management in Architectural Design Projects. She has worked on design projects for the UNHCR, was the Facilities Manager for CCML, one of the fast growing Micro Finance Companies in Ghana. She has previously worked for Albert Essamuah & Associates, a Built Environment Specialist Company as a Senior Architect and Project manager.
Raymond Mekpor
Account Officer
Raymond has a BSc. in Accounting with the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA Green Hill Collage), as well as a Higher Nation Diploma, currently a student Accountant with the ACCA. Ray has extensive experience with the Auditor General’s Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of Mission Audit and also worked with Research International Ghana.
Leslie Acquaye

BBA Banking & Finance(MUCG), HND Civil Eng.(Takoradi Polytechnic). Leslie Acquaye is a Civil Engineer with over 4 years experience in the construction industry. He previously worked with Decision Resource, a Ghanaian-Owned construction company as the operations manager. Primarily, he assisted the managing director in executing projects. Leslie is currently the facilities manager of Capella Place Limited, one of the real estate assets of Mobus Property Holdings Limited.
Priscilla Agyekum
HR and Administrative Officer
Priscilla Agyekum is a Human Resource Management personnel. She is a hardworking and adaptable young lady with excellent interpersonal skills. She has developed a matured and a responsible approach to any task she undertakes and has a wide experience in administrative jobs. She previously worked for Universal Merchant Bank, Ghana as a Customer Service Officer and with I-Engineering Ghana, experts in telecoms infrastructure solutions as the Human Resource Assistant. She holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the Valley View University in Ghana.
Abigail Boatemaa Boateng

Abigail Boatemaa Boateng holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from the university of Ghana. As a front desk executive at Mobus, she provides secretarial services and administrative support to the staff and the company as a whole. She previously worked at Enterprise Life as a customer service officer and has acquired good interpersonal relationship skills and promotes satisfactory working relationships with the clients and the company.
