Purchasing Serviced Plots in a Lifestyle Estate: 3 Things You Need to Know

A serviced plot is a piece of land ready to build on, that has already in place all the infrastructure and services one needs to start developing a home: water, gas, electricity, sewage, access from highways and roads, as well as high-speed broadband.
