He began his professional career with Wells Fargo Bank, NA and subsequently went on to work for Cargill and United Health Group all in the United States of America, in various capacities over a period of 10 years. Kojo Mensah joined Jonah Capital as the Principal Financial Analyst in 2010 providing support to the Jonah Management Team across all sectors in Africa.He then moved to Abuja, Nigeria to head House for Africa Limited a subsidiary of Jonah Capital, engaged in Mass Housing Developments in 2012. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Mobus Properties Ghana Limited in April 2014.

Ing. Charles Kojo Yamoah is a Degree Qualified Civil Engineer from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He further holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School.
He is specialized in Project Management and construction supervision of Infrastructure Development Works i.e. Airport Pavements, Roads, Reticulation Systems, Bulk Earthworks, Telecommunication Towers and Buildings.
He is a PMI (Project Management Institute) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has worked with reputable multinational firms such as MTN, ATC Tower and PW Ghana Limited in different portfolios, spanning a period of fifteen years.
In the private sector, Ing. Charles Kojo Yamoah has worked with Consulting Engineers, Telecommunication service providers and a Multinational Contractor whereas in the public sector he was trained by Ghana Highway Authority immediately after his first degree programme in 2003.
Chief Operating Officer, Nigeria
He joined Mobus in April, 2012, and holds a BSc in Engineering (Business & Technology). Currently, as head of Mobus Nigeria (HFAN), he oversees the company’s operations in Nigeria. He is responsible for the overall day to day management, strategy and business development of the company. Victor previous worked as Production Engineer at JFL Manufacturing, UK where he led on complex projects building a wealth of project management experience.
James Mensah holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Greenwich University, London and a Master of Engineering from City University, London. He specialises in civil engineering structures with over 10 years’ experience in design, modelling, structural monitoring and analysis of building structures; design of shallow and deep foundation system and construction of civil engineering structures with organisations such as Cross Rail Project, London, Laing O’Rourke, London. He is currently supervising the technical development of River Park Estate in Abuja, Nigeria.
Head of Business Development & Sales, Nigeria
Femi joined Mobus Nigeria (HFAN) in 2012, and currently heads the Business Development and Sales Departments. She has worked primarily on the River Park (Abuja) project in different capacities from its inception; including but not limited to business development, client relations, procurement, sales and marketing. She holds an MSc in Management, Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School, UK; and a BSc in Economics from Bowen University, Nigeria. She specializes in business analysis with a distinctive interest in real estate investment and development. She also has practical experience in business and relationship management from previous roles held with African Petroleum Plc (now Forte Oil Plc), Nigeria
Head of Sales and Marketing
Abraham is a seasoned sales and client relations specialist with over 9 years of industry experience. Having worked in the telecom, e-commerce and real estate industries, he is competent in sales strategy, marketing, sales and business management, business development and client relations. Before joining Mobus as Head of Sales and Marketing, Abraham served as the Head of Lettings with Clifton Homes and Head of Client Business with Jobberman Ghana Ltd. He holds a B.A in Political Science from the University of Ghana and is currently pursuing an MSc in International Business at the same university. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Consulting from the Ghana Institute of Consulting. He has a track record of delivering superior results and is a strategic thinker who affirms the fact that the future of every company lies in placing value on client relations and putting in place strategies that ensures the achievement of goals.
Head of Finance
Eric is a result oriented young professional with great sense of achievement and the ability to initiate change and improve on existing operational systems. He also has a strong ethical and moral stance. He is currently an ACCA finalist and has twelve years practical experience in accounting, tax and auditing. He worked with Continental Christian Traders Limited (CCT) across the West African Sub-region as well as Olam Ghana and Edwell Freight International. In his eight and half years with CCT he advanced from the level of an Assistant Accountant to the position of a Director in charge of Finance.
