Kojo Ansah-Mensah
Kojo’s journey with Mobus began when he joined Jonah Capital as the Principal Financial Analyst in 2010. He later relocated to Abuja, Nigeria to head Houses for Africa-- a subsidiary of Jonah Capital. He was appointed CEO of Mobus Properties Ltd in 2014. His experience, which spans the banking, accounting and real estate industries, serves as a great advantage to the company as our leader.
Abraham Kofi Sam
Abraham believes in the importance of client relations and the creation of strategies that ensures Mobus achieves its goals. With these values and years of experience in real estate marketing, sales and lettings, Abraham leads a team of equally dedicated associates in growing the Mobus brand.
Eric Amoako Nkrumah
Eric prides himself on his strong moral and ethical standards. He heads the finance department with over 12 years experience in accounting, tax and auditing. Aside being a results-oriented individual, Eric’s ability to take initiative and improve on existing operational systems is exemplary.
Richard Kafui Mensah
Richard is a driven professional who strives to be his best in every project he embarks on. Richard is a member of ACCA, UK and lends a keen eye and attention to detail to all Mobus projects.
Victor Quainoo
Mr. Perman has done his graduation in commerce from Kolkata and studied contemporary Architecture and monument studies. Under his visionary leadership the Real Estate division of The Jain Group was christened as Dream Developers in the early years of 2000.
James Mensah
James specialises in civil engineering structures with over 10 years’ experience in design, modelling, structural monitoring and analysis of building structures. He is currently supervising the technical development of River Park Estate in Abuja, Nigeria.
Emmanuel Otun
Emmanuel is an experienced hands-on ACCA accounting professional who joined Mobus Nigeria in 2015 and has since been an integral part of the team. Emmanuel is passionate about working with business owners and putting finance on the front foot to help them achieve success.
